无陀螺惯性测量组合机械结构的动态响应分析

摘    要:弹丸发射的高过载可能导致无陀螺惯性测量组合的机械结构发生变形,引发测量组合内传感器的安装位置误差,从而引发惯性测量组合测试精度的降低或传感器物理结构的损坏.针对无陀螺惯性测量组合对传感器的位置误差非常敏感的问题,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对某弹载无陀螺惯性测量组合的机械结构进行了弹丸发射瞬间的瞬态动力学分析.根据计算结果,对该机械结构设计方案进行了校核,并对提高机械结构的动态特性提出了建议,为以后的设计和优化奠定了基础.

Abstract:The high overloading of pellet launching will probably lead to produce deformation of mechanical structure in the no gyro inertia measuring combination and initiate position errors of installation of sensors inside the measuring combination and thus causes reduction on the test accuracy of inertial measuring combination or physical structural damage of sensors.Aimed at the problems of no gyro inertia measuring combination is very sensitive to the position errors of sensors,and using the finite element analysis software ANSYS?, this paper carried out transient dynamics analysis in the pellet launching instant on the mechanical structure of certain no gyro inertia measuring combination carried by pellet.A checking up was carried out on the designing scheme of this mechanical structure according to the calculated result,and suggestions has been put forward for enhancing the dynamic property of the mechanical structure thus laid a foundation for the later on design and optimization.
