传感器故障的鲁棒检测与识别方法

摘    要:提出了一种在模型参数变动和存在外部扰动条件下的控制系统故障检测与识别方法。基于未知输入观测器(UIO)理论,将模型的变化和不确定性转化为系统的未知输入,设计的鲁棒观测器对模型参数变动不敏感,而对故障敏感,在检测故障的同时还可估计出故障的形式和大小。在火电厂过热汽温控制系统传感器的故障诊断实例中,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:A method for fault detection and identification in control system under external disturbance and variations of plant parameters is presented . Based on the unknown input observers (UIO) and by transforming these uncertainties to the unknown inputs, a robust observer can be obtained. It is sensitive to the sensor faults, but insensitive to uncertainties. Sensor faults can be detected, with its shapes and sizes estimated at the some time. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness in the sensors fault diagnosis of the superheated steam system.
