系统性红斑狼疮与相关血清激素含量关系的研究

为探讨系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）患者血清中泌乳素（ＰＲＬ），生长激素（ＧＨ）含量变化对其疾病发生与发展关系，了解ＳＬＥ患者在活动期与静止期体内各激素变化情况，对２０例正常人和２８例ＳＬＥ患者血清中抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ抗体，ＰＲＬ，ＧＨ（ＲＩＡ或ＲＲＡ）进行测定。结果显示，ＳＬＥ患者在活动期与静止期血清抗ｄｓ－ＤＮＡ含量均高于正常对照（Ｐ〈０．０１），且活动期与静止期相比也有非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），

Study on the relationship between SLE and the related serum hormone

To explore the relationship between PRL, GH(RIA), GH(RRA) serum levels changes and the onset and development of disease in patients with SLE, and to understand the hormonal changes in active and inactive phase of disease, 28 cases and 20 controls were studied. The results showed that anti-ds-DNA serum level in active and inactive phases was higher than those in controls (P<0.01), and also there was significant difference between active and inactive phase (P<0.01). Morever,there is significant difference in PRL level between the patients in active phase and the controls (P<0.05), also in GH serum level between the patients and the controls (P1<0.01) and the patients in inactive phase (P2<0.05). This study indicated that the higher serum level of PRL, GH(RIA), GH(RRA) is correlated with some autoimmune characteristics of SLE, especially in its active phase. Therefore it gives some help for clinical study of SLE.
