摘    要:为探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清中泌乳素(PRL),生长激素(GH)含量变化对其疾病发生与发展关系,了解SLE患者在活动期与静止期体内各激素变化情况,对20例正常人和28例SLE患者血清中抗ds-DNA抗体,PRL,GH(RIA或RRA)进行测定。结果显示,SLE患者在活动期与静止期血清抗ds-DNA含量均高于正常对照(P〈0.01),且活动期与静止期相比也有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),

Abstract:To explore the relationship between PRL, GH(RIA), GH(RRA) serum levels changes and the onset and development of disease in patients with SLE, and to understand the hormonal changes in active and inactive phase of disease, 28 cases and 20 controls were studied. The results showed that anti-ds-DNA serum level in active and inactive phases was higher than those in controls (P<0.01), and also there was significant difference between active and inactive phase (P<0.01). Morever,there is significant difference in PRL level between the patients in active phase and the controls (P<0.05), also in GH serum level between the patients and the controls (P1<0.01) and the patients in inactive phase (P2<0.05). This study indicated that the higher serum level of PRL, GH(RIA), GH(RRA) is correlated with some autoimmune characteristics of SLE, especially in its active phase. Therefore it gives some help for clinical study of SLE.
