高精度外圆磨床磨削力测量系统研制

摘    要:针对高精度外圆磨床磨削力的传统测量方法低效、精确度低等不足,研制了一套高效准确的磨削力实时测量系统。双向测力顶尖、数据采集卡以及NI信号调理模块构成的硬件系统,配合LabVIEW图形化编程软件实现磨削力实时数据采集;测力传感器切向分力与法向分力之间的干扰方程的建立及解耦算法的应用减小了两向之间的相互干扰,达到预期目标。
