摘    要:为探讨螺旋搅拌机内糙米颗粒的随机运动和混合特性,采用离散元法(DEM)和试验相结合的方法模拟了糙米颗粒的运动轨迹.从单颗粒的随机运动和颗粒群的混合运动两方面分析了颗粒的运动规律和混合特性.分别阐述了螺旋搅拌机叶片的转速和充填量对颗粒混合程度的影响,应用SigmaPlot软件对仿真数据进行分析并分别建立转速、填充量与变异...

Abstract:In order to investigate the random motion and mixing characteristics of brown rice particles in the spiral mixer,the mixing motion trajectory of brown rice particles was simulated by DEM and experiment.The particle motion law and mixing characteristics of the particles were analyzed respectively from the random motion of single particles and mixed motion of particle groups.The effect of rotating speed of the spiral mixer blades and filling quantity on particle mixing degree was described,respectively,the simulation data was analyzed using SigmaPlot software,and mathematical models of speed,filling amount and variation coefficient were built,respectively.The results show that the brown rice particles were uniformly mixed in all directions in the stirring bin and the mixing motion was very intense,and the motion in radial and axial direction was most intense.With the increase of rotational speed,the mixing degree of brown rice particles in the spiral mixer increased.This study reduced the spiral mixer energy loss in the actual production process,improved the mixing efficiency of the brown rice,saved energy,improved working efficiency of the spiral mixer,thus has important research value.
