轧机异步轧制及层流冷却对板坯翘曲度控制的研究

摘    要:在轧机上进行热轧试验,通过调整热轧试验轧机的异步比及板坯上下表面温差,研究板坯在同一加热工艺、同样道次压下分配条件下轧制后板坯的翘曲度情况。结果表明,在一定板坯厚度范围内,通过调整热轧试验轧机的异步比及板坯上下表面温差,可以改善轧制后板坯的翘曲度,该研究对轧制过程有板坯翘曲度控制要求的钢板,可以在制定轧制方案时为其提供参考。

Abstract:Hot rolling experiments were carried out on the hot rolling mill.By adjusting the asynchronous ratio of the hot rolling mill and the temperature difference between upper and lower surface of the slab,the flatness of slab under the same heating process and the same pass distribution was studied.The results show that the flatness of the sample steel can be controlled by adjusting the asynchronous ratio of the hot rolling mill and the temperature difference between upper and lower surface of the slab within a certain slab thickness range,which provides a guiding direction for the rolling test with the requirement of slab flatness in the rolling process.
