Production experience show that rolling mill arrangement form plays an important role on the quality of the rail.The rail mill arrangement forms are not the same in the world,but with the increasing requirements of the rail quality,the mill arrangement should be considered at the factory building.The influence of rail mill arrangement form on rail quality was analyzed,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional arrangement of different forms were discussed.Combining with the development trend and considering less increase investment in equipment and site, the best mill arrangement form was put forward which fully ensure the high quality rail production.
