宝钢厚板高敏感性裂纹钢切割裂纹机理研究

摘    要:针对高裂纹敏感性钢,以耐磨钢为例,研究了耐磨钢板的显微组织,带温和非带温切割条件下硬度的变化,确定了火切端部裂纹形成与扩展机制。结果表明,带温切割条件下火切热影响区硬度梯度变化明显变缓,产生裂纹等缺陷风险大幅降低。对实际生产具有十分重要的实际应用意义。

Abstract:For high crack sensitive steel,this paper takes wear-resistant steel as an example to study the microstructure of wear-resistant steel plate,the change of hardness under the condition of band temperature and non band temperature cutting,and to determine the mechanism of crack formation and propagation at the end of flame cutting.The results show that the change of hardness gradient in the heat affected zone of flame cutting becomes slow obviously under the condition of band temperature cutting,and the risk of cracks and other defects is greatly reduced.It has very important practical application significance to the actual production.
