摘 要: | 以某压缩机吸气消声器为研究对象进行研究。该消声器为四腔结构,含有两个共振腔,两个扩张腔。针对各腔之间存在泄漏问题进行仿真分析与实验验证,采用有限元声学软件分析其传声损失,并在半消音室中进行压缩机噪声测试。对比分析发现,两共振腔之间泄漏会导致共振腔失效,两扩张腔之间泄漏会导致扩张腔传声损失下降,扩张腔与共振腔之间泄漏会导致共振腔消声频率增大,扩张腔消声频率减小。如果两个泄漏的腔分别连接消声器进出口,则所有腔消声峰值都会消失,传声损失大幅下降。

Analysis of the Influence of Leakproofness of Cavities on Sound Transmission Loss in Compressor’s Suction Mufflers |

Abstract: | The suction muffler of a compressor was researched, the muffler is a 4-cavity structure, 2 of them are resonant cavities, the others are expanding cavities. To aim at the leakage between the cavities, the simulation analysis and experimental verification were carried out. It used LMS Virtual.lab to analyze their sound transmission loss, and had a compressor noise test in a semi-anechoic room. Comparative study shows that the leakage between the two resonant cavities can cause both of them failure,the leakage between the two expanding cacities can result in the sound transmission loss of them decreased, and the leakage between expanding cavities and resonant cavities can lead to the noise eliminating frequency of resonant cavities increase and that of expanding cavities decrease,if the two leaked cavities respectively connect to the import and export of muffler, the noise elimination peak of all cavities disappear, and the sound propagation loss would be dramatically decreased. |
