摘    要:根据本钢板材股份有限公司一冷轧厂现有的设备状态,通过降低酸洗带钢表面FeCl2含量、优化轧机工作辊镀铬层厚度、调整末架轧机压下率、开发更优的退火氢气吹扫工艺制度等措施,将冷轧后带钢表面反射率由55%~65%提高到75%~85%,退火后反射率由70%~80%提高到85%~90%。同时降低了氢气消耗和废氢排放量,减少氢气排放量1 091.4 km3。

Abstract:On the base of existing equipment in No.1 cold mill in Bengang Steel Plates Co.,Ltd.,many new technologies were adopted to upgrade the strip surface quality,such as decreasing FeCl2 content on pickled strip surface,optimizing chrome-plating thickness of the work roll,adjusting rolling reduction on final stand,and developing new annealing hydrogen blowing system.The reflectance value was increased from 55%-65% to 75%-85% of cold rolled strip,reflectance value increased from 70%-80% to 85%-90% of annealed strip,and the hydrogen consumption and waste hydrogen emission was decreased by 1 091.4 km3.
