摘    要:以6061合金为研究对象,利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机和电化学工作站研究Ce含量对6061合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明:Ce对6061合金的显微组织、力学性能及耐蚀性均有一定的影响;当Ce的质量分数为0.2%时,合金的耐蚀性最佳;为0.3%时,6061合金中的晶粒细化效果达到最佳,抗拉强度提高18.4%,硬度提高14.9%。

Abstract:6061 alloy was studied in this paper. The effects of Ce content on the microstructure and properties of 6061 alloy were studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile tester and electrochemical workstation. The results show that Ce has a certain influence on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 6061 alloy. When the Ce content is 0.2%,the corrosion resistance of the alloy is the best;when the Ce content is 0.3%,the grain refining effect of the 6061 alloy is optimal,the tensile strength is increased by 18.4%,and the hardness is improved by 14.9%.
