摘    要:介绍了南阳汉冶特钢有限公司试制低温压力容器用09MnNiDR钢板的化学成分设计,以及冶炼、浇铸、轧制及热处理工艺,并对试制钢板进行了组织和性能检测,结果表明:该产品低温韧性和强度匹配良好,钢质纯净,内部质量好,夹杂物含量低。

Abstract:The chemical composition and processes of smelting,casting,rolling and heat treatment for the 09MnNiDR steel plate in Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The test of plate microstructure and property showed that the smelting steel was pure,the inner quality was fine,the inclusion content was low,and the low temperature toughness and strength matched excellently.
