钢板堆冷过程温降计算

摘    要:在实际测量钢板温度的基础上,结合有限元分析对堆垛钢板的温度场进行了预测计算。针对厚度为30、40、50、80、100 mm 5种规格的钢板,堆垛高度为10、20 m,下线温度为300、400 ℃的不同工况进行了计算,预测了不同堆冷工艺下钢垛不同位置的温度场变化趋势。

Abstract:Based on the temperature measuring and finite element analysis,the temperature of plate cooling in packed formation was prediction calculated,which consider the conditions of 30,40,50,80,100 mm thickness plates,stacking height of 10,20 m,and the offline temperature of 300,400 ℃.The temperature change trend of several points of the stack at the condition of different cooling processes were predicted.Based on this ,the optimizaed process of plate cooling in packed formation was proposed.
