胶合竹I形搁栅梁受力性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究胶合竹I形搁栅梁的受力性能,设计3组共30根不同跨度的胶合竹I形搁栅梁,并在每组试件的不同位置设置指接,采用三等分点处加载的方式对其进行静力试验研究。对胶合竹I形搁栅梁的破坏形态、破坏机理、截面刚度和承载力等进行研究。结果表明:胶合竹I形搁栅梁的跨中截面应变沿梁截面高度基本呈线性分布,符合平截面假定;截面刚度能够满足木工字梁相关规范要求;胶合竹I形搁栅梁的承载力主要由腹板的性能以及腹板和翼缘的指接强度控制。采用加拿大规范CAS 086-01中建议的承载力计算公式,并结合指接处的应力分析,计算得到的试件承载力与试验结果接近。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical behavior of glue laminated bamboo I-joists, 30 glue laminated bamboo I-joists were designed with three kinds of span, and finger joints were set at different locations of the specimens. The loading experiments were performed by using four-point loading method. The failure modes, failure mechanism, cross section stiffness and load bearing capacity were investigated. It is concluded that the section strain is in linear distribution along the height of section according to the plane section assumption, and cross section stiffness can meet the requirements of specification for wood I-beams. Load bearing capacity of glue laminated bamboo I-joist is mainly limited by the performance of web and the strength of the finger joint of web and flange. Based on the load bearing capacity calculation formula recommended in Canadian standard and stress analysis of finger joints, the calculated load bearing capacities of specimens are reasonably close to experimental results.
