摘 要: | 为了降低某工程机械整机噪声,基于空气动力性噪声形成机理,结合噪声信号处理分析方法及CFD流场仿真手段,识别出其主要噪声源及形成原因;通过优化导风罩结构有效降低散热系统空气动力性噪声。试验验证结果显示,整机外场噪声辐射声功率级降低近4.0 d B(A),操作者位置噪声降低近2.0 d B(A)。

Noise Reduction Study and Experimental Verification for the Cooling System of a Construction Machine |

Abstract: | In order to reduce the noise of the construction machine, the main noise sources are identified by using the digital signal processing method and CFD simulation models. The aerodynamic noise generated by the machine cooling system is much reduced with design optimization for the shroud. The validation testing results show that the sound power level of the machine and the sound pressure level at the operator positions are reduced nearly 4.0 dB(A) and 2.0 dB(A) separately. |
