钢绞线用热轧盘条工艺优化与实践

摘    要:通过对不同规格的预应力钢丝及钢绞线用热轧盘条的化学成分进行优化,即增加C、Mn含量,对10 mm以上的盘条添加微量Cr进行合金化,并调整了炼钢工艺和盘条控冷工艺,使钢绞线用热轧盘条的力学性能、索氏体化率、塑性等各项指标稳步提升,满足了客户要求。

Abstract:For the different size of hot rolled wire rod coil,the chemical composition was adjusted,i.e.,increasing the content of C and Mn,and adding Cr element to the wire rod above 10 mm.And through optimizing the process of steel-making and wire rod controlled cooling,the mechanical properties,sorbitizing rate and plasticity of wire rod were improved,which can meet the customers’ requirements well.
