摘    要:南阳汉冶特钢有限公司通过JMatPro软件模拟了低焊接裂纹敏感性耐磨钢HARDOX400钢的CCT曲线及辊压式淬火机的冷却能力曲线,并在瑞典SSAB公司的技术要求条件下,以及严控碳当量及焊接裂纹敏感性系数的基础上,利用低碳添加合金元素的化学成分设计,以及合理的热处理工艺,研发出了HARDOX400钢板。钢板各项性能指标优良,显微组织为15~35 μm的板条马氏体。通过销盘磨损试验得出研制的HARDOX400钢板的相对耐磨率是瑞典SSAB 生产的HARDOX400钢板的1024倍。

Abstract:The CCT curve of HARDOX400 steel and roller pressure quenching machine cooling capacity curve were simulated by JMatPro software.Under the conditions of SSAB HARDOX400 plate technology requirements and strict controls of carbon equivalent and welding crack sensitivity coefficient,the chemical composition of HARDOX400 steel with low carbon and adding other alloy elrments was designed, and the proper heat treatment process was used.Based on these,the HARDOX400 plate was developed,which microstructure was 15~35 μm lath martensite.Its relative wear rate was 1.024 times of Sweden’s SSAB HARDOX400 plate.
