基于新型测温技术的电站锅炉燃烧优化模型研究

摘    要:为了提高锅炉效率,减少污染物排放,电站锅炉需要进行燃烧优化。新型测温技术的发展提高了电站锅炉状态监测水平,以此为基础提出一种包含炉内温度场测量结果的燃烧优化模型。由于缺少实际数据,对某电厂300 MW亚临界锅炉炉内煤粉的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,得到不同工况下炉内的燃烧状态。利用大数据原理建立燃烧优化模型并对其进行检验。研究表明,该模型将测温技术与燃烧优化结合起来,具有一定的可靠性,可以准确预测锅炉运行参数变化对炉内温度场分布造成的影响。

Abstract:In order to improve the boiler efficiency and reduce the pollutant emissions, it is necessary to conduct the power plant boiler combustion optimization. The development of new temperature measurement techniques has improved the condition monitoring level of the boilers. By using the new temperature field measurement techniques, a boiler combustion optimization model, including temperature field measurements in furnace, is proposed and implemented in the numerical simulation of the furnace combustion process under different operating conditions in a 300-MW subcritical pressure boiler. The combustion optimization model is established and tested following the big data principles. The study results indicate that the model combines the temperature measurement techniques well with the combustion optimization, which is reliable in accurately predicting the effects of boiler operating parameter changes on the temperature field distribution in the furnace.
