摘    要:采用SEM检测分析,明确了DP钢表面带状色差缺陷的成因为冷轧带钢浅表层的轧碎。通过改变冷轧基料基体组织类型,改善冷轧来料表面质量,调整冷轧压下率等工艺措施,有效控制了DP钢成品表面色差缺陷的产生。

Abstract:The cause for a kind of dark band defect on DP steel strip was studied by SEM.The result show that the root cause led to this band defect is the rolled cracks distributed on the surface of the strip.The incidence of this band defect could be decreased obviously through changing the ferrite matrix and improving the surface quality of hot rolled strip,and adjusting the reduction rate of cold rolling.
