空气中甲醛含量测定方法的比较

摘    要:随着人们对环境空气质量关注度的提高,空气中甲醛含量检测的需求越来越大。实验室内通常用酚试剂分光光度法和乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定环境空气中的甲醛。对两种测定方法的原理、精密度、准确度进行对比,结果表明:低溶度检测结果相差很小,但酚试剂分光光度法更适合;污染源、职业卫生相对溶度比较高的甲醛,用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定更为准确。

Abstract:With the improvement of people’s attention to ambient air quality,the demand for determination of formaldehyde content detection in air is growing.In the laboratory,phenol reagent spectrophotometry and acetylacetone spectrophotometry are usually used to determine formaldehyde in the ambient air.Compared to the principle,precision and accuracy of this two methods,the results show that there is little difference between the two methods in low solubility test results,but phenol reagent spectrophotometry is more suitable.However,for formaldehyde with high relative solubility in pollution source and occupational health,acetylacetone spectrophotometry is more accurate.
