六氟化硫生物毒性智能化检测系统的研究

六氟化硫（SF₆）气体在生产过程中可能残留一些有毒物质,生物毒性是SF₆气体新气验收全分析的一项重要指标。传统的检测方法耗时较长,且需要专人值守,为满足电力建设快速发展对提升SF₆气体生物毒性检测效率的需求,研制出一套SF₆生物毒性智能化检测系统,其应用了多通道流量控制保护、气体快速平衡、远程视频监控等多项技术。对系统中各主要模块功能及效果予以介绍,实验结果表明：所研制的SF₆生物毒性智能化检测系统各项功能均实现了设计目标,可有效提高试验工作效率,保护试验环境,保障设备用气质量,且无需专人值守,有推广应用价值。

Research on Intelligent Detection System of SF6 Biotoxicity

Some toxic substances may remain during the new SF₆ production, biotoxicity is an important indicator of the total analysis of SF₆ gas. The traditional detection method costs a long time and needs a technical person on guard. In order to meet needs of the rapid development of electric power construction, and enhance the detection efficiency of SF₆ gas, a set of SF₆ toxicity intelligent detection system was developed, in which many advanced technologies were applied, such as the multi-channel flow control and protection, rapid gas balance and remote video monitoring. The function and effect of each main module in the system are introduced in this paper, the experimental results show that the expected design goal was realized, which can effectively improve the working efficiency of the test work, protect the test environment and ensure the quality of the equipment. Besides, it do not need a special person to watch and have the value of popularization and application.
