| 摘 要： | 利用Minitab软件建立配煤预测模型,解决了包钢经验配煤预测误差大、准确度不高问题,对于生产具有较强的指导作用。该模型能够快速预测焦炭质量,及时指导焦化配煤生产,保证了焦炭质量,确保高炉稳定顺行,同时扩展了包钢用煤范围,节约优质炼焦资源,降低用煤成本,其极具应用推广意义。

| Abstract: | The prediction model of coal blending is established with Minitab software so that the problems of large error and low accuracy of coal blending prediction by experiences in Baotou Steel are solved,which plays a stronger guiding role in production. The coke quality can be quickly predicted with the model so that the production of coking coal blending is guided in time as well as the coke quality,the stable and trouble-free operation of blast furnace are ensured. Meanwhile,the range of coal used in Baotou Steel is expanded,high-quality coking resources are saved and costs of coal are reduced so that it is of great significance in application and promotion. |
