杭州奥体博览城网球中心钢结构移动屋盖设计关键技术

摘    要:杭州奥体博览城网球中心采用环状花瓣造型的开合屋盖,其下部采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构支承。开合屋盖由固定屋盖和移动屋盖组成:固定屋盖罩棚外边缘直径约133 m,悬挑长度约26 m,场地中心罩棚圆形开口直径约60 m;固定屋盖上方设置的8片大悬挑花瓣形移动屋盖,采用平面旋转45°开启方式;每片移动屋盖设置一个固定转轴及三条同心旋转轨道,单片移动屋盖径向长45 m,最大宽度25 m,闭合状态向圆心悬挑30 m。该工程钢结构移动屋盖设计的关键技术难点及相应的专项研究分析主要包括移动屋盖的轮轨布置原则,模拟设备的实际工作状态的计算假定,主动轮增加侧向滚轮约束,以及重力荷载和地震作用下与移动屋盖有关的主要计算结果等。对钢结构移动屋盖设计中遇到的问题提出了处理方法,可为类似工程设计提供参考。

Abstract:The Hangzhou Olympic Tennis Center uses a circular petal shaped roof. The lower part is the reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure support, the upper part is the steel roof composed fixed roof and movable roof. The fixed roof has an outer edge diameter of about 133 m, and an cantilevered length of about 26 m. The diameter of the circular opening of the center is about 60 m. Eight large cantilevered petal-shaped movable roofs, which can be opened by plane rotation about 45° are set above the fixed roof. Each movable roof is provided with a fixed shaft and three concentric rotating orbits. The single-piece movable roof has a radial length of 45 m, a maximum width of 25 m and a closed state of 30 m cantilever. The key technical difficulties and corresponding special research on the design of the movable roof of the steel structure include the principle of the wheel-rail arrangement of the movable roof, the calculation hypothesis of the actual working condition of the equipment, the discussion of the lateral wheel of the driving wheel, and the main calculation results related to movable roof under the action of earthquake and gravity load. The treatment methods for the problems encountered in the design of movable roofs are proposed, which can be used as reference for similar engineering design.
