生产超低硫柴油加氢装置长周期运行分析及预测

摘    要:介绍中国石油大连石化公司新建的生产超低硫柴油2.0 Mt·a~(-1)柴油加氢装置的催化剂装填与硫化、开工和标定等过程。装置自2015年投产至2016年6月30日,连续运行13个月,累计加工混合柴油2 139 kt,生产国Ⅴ柴油2 150 kt。通过对反应器升温速率和压降上涨速率的计算,分析和预测装置的长周期运行情况。结果表明,在反应器每天升温速率0.031℃和压降上涨速率为1.2×10~(-4)MPa条件下,催化剂还可运行约742天,PHF-101主催化剂的运行周期将超过3年。

Abstract:The catalyst loading and sulfurization,operation and calibration processes for the production of new ultra low sulphur diesel in 2.0 Mt·a-1 diesel hydrotreating unit of Dalian Petrochemical Company were introduced.While being put into use from 2015 to June 30th,2016,the device operated continuously for 13 months,cumulatively processing mixed diesel oil 2 139 kt,and producting national Ⅴ diesel 2 150 kt.In order to grasp the running performance of the device,the long period operation of the device was analyzed and predicted by the calculation of the heating rate and the rising rate of the reactor pressure drop.The results showed that under the condition of reactor heating rate 0.031 ℃·d-1 and reactor pressure drop rise rate 1.2×10-4 MPa·d-1 ,the catalysts could also run for about 742 days,the running cycle of PHF-101 main catalyst would be more than 3 years.
