摘    要:由于电力高峰负荷持续时间短,导致采用传统的增加调峰发电装机容量来满足电网高峰负荷需求的方法经济效益极低,同时由于大量间歇式新能源的接入,其自身随机性、间歇性的特点也给电力系统能源调度带来了新的挑战。基于此,针对用户激励响应行为进行建模分析,对供应侧和需求侧的资源进行协调和优化,建立了可以综合考虑供应侧和需求侧的作用激励的含风电新能源发电网双层电能优化调度模型,该模型集成了需求侧直接复合控制策略,有效地补充和丰富了需求响应理论在风电并网优化调度中的应用。最后基于该模型以某地区风力发电预测功率和夏季典型日负荷数据进行实验分析。结果表明构建的模型具有较强的经济性,实现了平缓负荷曲线,在保证用户满意度的情况下,可以有效降低电网运行成本。

Abstract:The conventional method to satisfy grid peak load requirement is increase peak regulation installed capacity. However, short sustention period of electricity peak load leads to very low economic efficiency with this method. The stochastic and intermittent characteristics of new energy source also bring new challenges to energy dispatch. A user stimulus-response behavior model is built to coordinate and optimize resources on both supply and demand sides. The model considers roles of supply-side and demand-side incentives on power grids containing new energy resources such as wind power. The composite control strategy on demand side can effectively complement and enrich the demand response theory in wind power optimization scheduling. The model is tested with regional wind power forecasting and summer typical daily load data. Testing results show that proposed model can flatten load curve and reduce grid operation cost effectively.
