火电燃煤机组大频差一次调频性能研究与优化实施

摘    要:通过对两起电网直流故障事件的分析,发现火电燃煤机组一次调频动态响应特性普遍不佳,电网大频差与中小频差特性完全不同。在对电网大频差模型辨识的基础上,优化机组一次调频控制策略,实施大频差试验,分析梳理试验结果,评估机组各工况点风险,对火电燃煤机组大频差一次调频性能进行全面客观评价,借此在确保机组安全运行前提下,有效提升一次调频性能,最终达到网源双赢的目的。

Abstract:Through the analysis on two DC power transmission line faults, it is discovered that the characteristics of the dynamic response of coal-fired power plants to primary frequency regulation are generally poor, and the dynamic characteristics of large frequency deviation are completely different from those of small or medium frequency deviation of the power grid. Based on the identification of large frequency deviation model, the primary frequency regulation strategy is optimized, and the experiments of large frequency deviation are conducted with the results being analyzed to estimate the risks of the loading conditions and evaluate the performance of the primary frequency regulation with large frequency deviation for coal-fired power plants so as to effectively improve the primary frequency regulation performance on the premise of ensuring the unit safe operation, which benefits both the power grid and the generating units.
