连续退火机组缓冷炉带钢瓢曲原因分析

摘    要:针对宝钢某单元连续退火机组发生的薄板轻微热瓢曲问题,对影响退火炉带钢瓢曲因素进行了调查,并对板带截面试样进行金相分析,进而对带钢瓢曲缺陷与冷却段的相关性设计针对性生产试验,最终成功将带钢瓢曲缺陷的发生锁定在缓冷炉(SCF)的顶辊上。最后围绕顶辊的辊型和材质分析了带钢瓢曲缺陷产生的原因,并对现场使用时间长的炉辊周期维护提出了建议。

Abstract:In view of the slight heat buckling characteristics of thin plate in a continuous annealing unit of Baosteel,the factors affecting the buckling in annealing furnace were investigated and metallographic analysis of strip section samples was carried out.The correlation between the buckling defects and strip cooling was designed and tested.The occurrence section of buckling defects of strip was successfully locked on the top roll of slow cooling furnace.Finally,the causes of the strip buckling around the hearth roll shape and material were analysed,and some suggestions were also put forward for the periodic maintenance of the hearth rolls used for a long time in the furnace.
