冷轧镀锌卷取工艺对塌卷的影响研究

摘    要:对冷轧镀锌带材塌卷问题进行了研究,结合现场塌卷数据统计,提出塌卷产生的力学机理。建立了不同卷取工艺参数下钢卷力能参数分布规律,分析了钢卷卸卷前后层间径向及切向应力变化,根据不同硬芯工艺参数下塌卷极限应力仿真结果,制定了不同厚度带材卷取张力最优值,包括卷取张力硬芯倍数及硬芯卷径,镀锌卷塌卷问题得到有效改善。

Abstract:The coil collapse of cold rolled galvanized strip was studied in this paper. Combined with the on- site data statistics of coil collapse,the mechanical mechanism of collapse was put forward.The distribution rule of steel coils mechanical parameters in different coiling technological parameters was figured out.The change law of radial and tangential stress before and after the unloading of the coiler was analyzed.According to the simulation results of limiting stress of coil collapse in different hard core technological parameters,optimal coiling technological parameters for strips of different thicknesses were established,including hard core′s ratio and coiling diameter of the coiling tension,and the coil collapse of galvanized strip was improved.
