| 摘 要： | 针对115RE钢轨开发中存在的鱼尾板安装面高度与轨底宽度偏差小、共用孔型不均匀变形严重、表面质量与平直度要求高等技术难点，通过采用底宽小展宽或负展宽设计、科学分配延伸系数等措施，在攀钢万能生产线上成功开发出115RE钢轨。

| Abstract: | There were some technique difficulities of developing 115RE rail,such as small size deviation of fishing base-plate height and rail base width, non-uniform deformation in sharing pass, high requirements of surface and flatness.Therefore, some measures were put forward, including using small spreading or negative spreading,reasonably distributing elongation coefficients, and the 115RE rail was sucessfully developed. |
