汽轮机调速系统中影响电力系统低频振荡的关键因素

摘    要:汽轮机调速系统与电网安全运行密切相关,其中多个因素会影响到电力系统的低频振荡。结合具体案例,从汽轮机配汽函数、功率控制PID参数、DEH侧功率控制闭环、一次调频回路、控制系统的延时、汽轮机调节阀开度晃动、信号波动等几个方面,阐述了它们对电力系统低频振荡影响的机理,指出了容易引起低频振荡的操作与设备缺陷,提高电网运行稳定水平。

Abstract:The steam turbine governing system is closely related to the power grid security, of which there are several factors that can specifically affect the low frequency oscillation of power systems. In combination with detailed case studies, the mechanism of the impacts from these factors are presented in the aspects of the steam turbine control function, the PID parameters, the DEH side power control loop, the frequency modulation circuit, the time delay of the control system, the valve opening shaking and the signal fluctuation, etc. In addition, the operation procedures and equipment defects which possibly cause the low-frequency oscillation are put forward for improving the operation stability level of power grids.
