| 摘 要： | 针对厚规格管线钢卷取过程中出现的头部折弯问题，对其产生原因进行了分析，通过有针对性措施，从工艺控制和设备精度、跟踪精度等方面进行了优化改进，有效降低了厚规格管线钢卷取过程中头部折弯缺陷的比例，提高了客户满意度和经济效益。

| Abstract: | In view of the head sharp bending of heavy gauge pipeline steel strip during the coiling process,the causes of this defects were analyzed,and the optimization and improvement measures were carried out from the aspects of process and equipment precision control,tracking precision control,and so on.Based on it,the sharp bending defects ratio was effectively reduced,the customer satisfaction and economic benefits were improved. |
