氢气刻蚀法制备Pt/CNTs复合材料及其热稳定性

摘    要:采用碳化硅高温热分解法制备整齐排列的直立碳纳米管阵列,并对其进行Pt金属粒子修饰,通过氢气刻蚀法可以将闭口碳纳米管阵列开口,并将Pt纳米粒子嵌入到碳纳米管中。这种新型Pt/CNTs复合材料具有独特的电子限域效应,有助于抑制金属催化剂的烧结,对提高其后续催化活性和应用性能有着重要意义。

Abstract:The orthorhombic carbon nanotube arrays were prepared by high temperature thermal decomposition of silicon carbide(SiC).Then Pt metal particles were deposited on the surface.After being treated in hydrogen,the closed carbon nanotube(CNTs) arrays were opened and Pt nanoparticles were embedded in CNTs.Pt/CNTs composite materials had unique electronic confinement effect,which was helpful to restrain the sintering of metal catalyst and had important significance for improving its subsequent catalytic activity and application performance.
