热轧带钢深弯矫直技术分析

摘    要:为防止热轧带钢表面出现横折印,并提高板形质量,热轧平整机组常配置深弯辊和多辊矫直机。本文依据带钢弯曲变形基本原理对深弯辊防止横折印、深弯矫直组合降低残余应力等机理进行了分析,得出通过深弯辊曲率与矫直机综合设定,不仅可以降低残余应力峰值,还可以使残余应力分布更加均匀。

Abstract:In order to prevent cross break defect and improve the shape quality of hot rolled strip,hot temper mill are often equipped with deep bending roll and multi roll straightening machines.Based on the basic principle of strip bending deformation,the cross break defect prevent measures by deep bending roll and residual stress reduction measures by combination of deep bending roll and straightener were analyzed.The results show that combination of deep bending roll and straightener could not only reduce the residual stress peak,but homogenize its distribution.
