摘    要:为了研究核电蒸汽发生器(SG)支撑用20NCD14 7钢不同的调质工艺对钢板力学性能的影响,对20NCD14 7钢的调质工艺进行了正交试验设计,采用4因素3水平的9组试验方案进行了不同组合方式的调质工艺试验。通过计算及分析,明确了影响20NCD14 7钢组织及力学性能因素的主次顺序,并确定了20NCD14 7钢的最佳调质工艺。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment design of four factors,three levels and nine groups were used during quenching and tempering experiment of 20NCD14 7 steel in order to study the influence factors on the properties of 20NCD14 7 steel for SG support on nuclear power plant.The calculation and analysis of variance show that the sequence of influential significance is assured and the optimum quenching and tempering process is put forward.
