摘    要:根据国内外的汽车钢板的生产检测情况,对采用DIN EN 10049与GB/T 2523两种检测方法进行金属薄板表面粗糙度的试验进行了比对验证探究,通过对表面粗糙度检测滤波器的要求、试样检测的点数及检测方向的比对,得到了高斯滤波器的稳定性和准确性要优于2RC滤波器,不同表面粗糙度范围内的金属薄板材料,其检测数据稳定性与检测点数无关,表面粗糙度与平面晶粒趋向没有关系的结论,对生产检测采用不同标准给与指导。

Abstract:The experiments for surface roughness of sheet metal with the DIN EN 10049 and GB/T2523 two test methods are compared,verified and explored according to the domestic and international production testing conditions of automobile leaf-spring. It is found that the stability and accuracy of gaussian filter are better than those of 2 RC filter,stability of test data for sheet metal with different surface roughness ranges has no connection with the number of testing points as well as the surface roughness has no connection with plane grain trend through comparing the requirements of filter for testing surface roughness,number of test points for samples and test direction,which provide guidance for production testing with different standards.
