苯与重芳烃烷基转移反应工艺研究

摘    要:在FTH-2催化剂上,考察反应原料物质的量比、反应温度和液体原料空速对苯与二异丙苯及以三异丙苯为主的重芳烃烷基转移反应的影响。结果表明,苯与二异丙苯烷基转移反应较适宜的条件为:n(苯)∶n(二异丙苯)=10,反应温度215℃,反应压力3.0 MPa,空速5 h-1,此条件下,二异丙苯转化率和异丙苯选择性分别约为94%和98%;苯与重芳烃混合液烷基转移反应较适宜的条件为:n(苯)∶n(三异丙苯)=18,反应温度280℃,反应压力3.0 MPa,空速5 h-1,此条件下,三异丙苯转化率、异丙苯选择性和二异丙苯选择性分别约为75%、64%和31%。

Abstract:The influences of mole ratio of feedstocks,reaction temperature and the space velocity of liquid feedstock on the transalkylation reaction of benzene(B)and heavy aromstics like diisopropyl benzene(DIPB) and triisopropyl benzene(TIPB) over FTH-2 catalyst were investigated.The appropriate conditions were determined by the experimental results and analysis as follows:B/DIPB molar ratio of 10,reaction temperature of 215 ℃,reaction pressure of 3.0 MPa and reaction space velocity of 5 h-1.The conversionof DIPB and the selectivity of IPB(isopropyl benzene) were about 94% and about 98%.In the transalkylation of TIPB and benzene,the optimized operational conditions were B/TIPB molar ratio of 18,reaction temperature of 280 ℃,reaction pressure of 3.0 MPa and reaction space velocity of 5 h-1.The conversion of TIPB was about 75%,the selectivity of IPB and DIPB were respectively about 64% and about 31%.
