摘    要:针对热轧带钢卸卷过程中形成的塔形缺陷进行了原因分析,得出卸卷小车上升高度不够和芯轴二次涨径值不到位是其主要成因,并分别对因触卷压力设定过小、松卷、卸卷小车溜位等造成的卸卷小车上升高度不够,因芯轴涨缩时序太晚、芯轴涨缩压力太小造成的芯轴二次涨径值不到位进行了详细分析。并据此对X80管线钢卸卷中常出现的外圈塔形问题采取相应措施后,塔形问题再没出现过。

Abstract:The causes were analyzed for the coil stripping telescope problems in hot rolling,and it turned to be two main causes of coil stripping car lifting lower and coiler spindle diameter expansion smaller.The former was caused by coil contact pressure setting smaller,coil loosing,and coil stripping car sliding off.The latter was caused by time sequence error and cylinder expanding pressure smaller.Some measures were proposed respectively and taken into X80 pipeline strip practice,the coil stripping telescope problems were avoided.
