| 摘 要： | 介绍了阀瓣闭式温挤压工艺及挤压模结构和设计要点。该模具采用浮动的上凹模与下凹模对合结构 ,挤压件在两个凹模和凸模形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形 ,生产的挤压件无飞边。

| Abstract: | The valve-closing warm extrusion process and the structure and main design points of the exˉtrusion die are introduced.The structure of floating close of the upper matrix and lower matrix has been used for the extrusion die.The workpieces are extruded in a closed cavity formed by the punch and two matrixs.The extruded parts produced by this process have no flash. |
