缓蚀剂与阴极保护对船用钢的联合保护作用

摘    要:针对舰船内部结构,如压水舱、内舱舱底等积水部位的腐蚀、采用无毒、无预膜处理的高效海水介质缓蚀剂与牺牲阳极进行联合保护,分别在液相中和气相液膜下研究了缓蚀剂对船用钢的缓蚀行为,同时利用现场模拟试验评价其防蚀效果。结果表明,联合保护能取得一定的防蚀作用。

Abstract:During empty period corrosion was serious in the seeper inner of ship such as ballast tank, engine room, boiler cabin, etc. High efficiency and nontoxic seawater inhibitor combined with sacrificed anode was used to protect the ship building steel from corrosion. Inhibition behaviors were studied both in bulk solution and moist air, and inhibition effect was also evaluated by simulated field test. Results demonstrated that the synthetic protection techniques could provide a good protection to the ship inner in the whole period.
