摘    要:聚合醇钻井液由水基钻井液中加入一定数量的聚合醇配制而成,具有很强的抑制性与封堵性,能有效地稳定井壁,润滑性能好,当聚合醇加量为3%时,钻井液的润滑系数降低80%,可降低钻井液的表面张力与界面张力;对油气层损害程度低,渗透率恢复值大于85%,该钻井液体系毒性极低,易生物降解,对环境影响小,在胜利油区进行了80余口井应用,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:A certain amount of polymeric alcohol added into water-base drilling fluid makes up polymeric alcohol drilling fluid, which has strong inhibition and plugging ability, may stabilize borehole wall effectively and has good lubricity. When added amount of polymeric alcohol is 3%, lubricating factor of drilling fluid reduces 80%, its surface tension and interfacial tension are also lowered, damage degree for hydrocarbon zone is little, restored value of permeability is more than 85%. The toxicity of drilling fluid system is very low. Its biological degradation is easy, environmental effect is little. It has been applied in Shengli petroliferous area for more than 80 wells. Very good economic benefit and social benefit have been obtained.
