| 摘 要： | 针对普通乳化液泵站供液系统存在的问题,采用乳化液泵站变频控制系统。介绍了系统总体方案选择和子系统功能,分析了系统的正常运行状态和系统故障时的处理,并对系统的运行效果进行了分析。采用乳化液泵站变频调速系统后,可以节约电费,降低材料消耗,降低生产成本,减少事故的发生。

| Abstract: | Based on the problems of emulsion pump station which is commonly used in coal mines, variable frequency automatic system paper is adopted. The makes-up of the control system, the normal operating state and at fault is introduced. Based on the results, can learn that it is effective for energy saving, reduction of costs and decrease of fault rate. |
