渡市洗选煤厂预应力钢栈桥设计

摘    要:渡市洗选煤厂输煤栈桥为两跨长各为44.5m,宽4.74m钢结构栈桥,与同类栈桥相比,具有省钢、垂直挠度及纵向水平位移小等优点。主要措施是采用以高强度钢绞线作为预应力拉杆的预应力钢结构五阶段设计。这种结构不仅能节约钢材,而且可以达到大跨度。它的应用并不限于输煤栈桥,将其用在任何大跨度超静定结构中都可以取得明显的经济效益。本文将重点介绍预应力钢结构五阶段设计、施工、测试及分析。

Abstract:The conveyer bridge of Dushi Coal Washery is a steel structure with two spans, each being 44.8m in length and 4.74m in width. In comparison with others' structures of similar type, this structure has the merits of lighter weight and smaller deflections in both vertical and horizontal direction, etc. The main measure taken is the application of the five stage design to prestressed steel structure, in which high strength strands are used as prestressed tendons. The structure designed by this method can not only save about 15 - 40% of steel, but can also span long distance. Thus it can be adapted nearly to any long span structure with economical benefit.This paper introduces mainly the five stage design, construction, measurement and analysis of the structure.
