气敏元件测量电路的优化设计

摘    要:近年来,气敏元件测量电路广泛采用的“负载电阻取样电压法”存在一些实际问题:影响气敏元件在某种气体中的真实电阻,不能绘制气敏元件电阻随所加电压变化的连续曲线,不能反映气敏元件敏感过程的全貌,为解决这些问题,在现有测量电路基础上研究了气敏元件测量电路的一种优化设计方法,主要包括线性升压加热源、元件电阻测量电路、声光提示及自动回零电路设计等,并给出了应用实例,应用这组测量电路可直接描绘出气敏元件电阻随所加电压变化的连续曲线、灵敏度、精确值及选择性,可对敏感过程进行全面观测,实验结果表明,效果十分理想,对于气敏元件特性的研究及气敏元件制作具有重要意义。

Abstract:In recent years, there are some practical problems about the voltage method of loading resistance sample widely adopted in the measuring circuit for gas sensor that is ,it has influenced the real resistance of gas sensor in a certain gas. It can not reflect the panorama of the sensitive course for gas sensor. In order to solve the problem, the article has studied the optimum design of measuring circuit for gas sensor. Design of measuring circuit for gas sensor. According to the basis of measuring circuit. It mainly concludes linear step-up voltage heating power, the resistance measuring circuit of the sensor, photo-phonon display and auto return zero circuit design and it also gives some applied examples.The VH-Rg continuous curves and precise values of sensitivity of gas sensing elements have been given. The experiment results show that the effectiveness is very ideal. It plays a great important role in the research on the sensor's features and its making.
