摘    要:根据压电振子的动态特性和超声复合电加工振动系统对换能器的要求,设计压电陶瓷换能器;利用ANSYS有限元法对压电陶瓷晶堆进行建模,分析压电陶瓷晶堆的动力学特性。通过ANSYS参数化设计方法,运用多物理场耦合模块分析了压电陶瓷晶堆片数、输入电压信号大小、输出振动位移幅值和晶堆固有频率之间的相互关系,验证了压电换能器设计的合理性及特性分析的正确性。

Abstract:Based on thr requrements of the dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric actuator and ultrasound modulated electric machining system to the transducer, the piezoelectric ceramic transducer is designed. ANSYS tool is used to establish the model of the piezoelectric crystal, and dynamics characteristics of the piezoelectric crystal are analyzed. By using the ANSYS parametric optimization design method and the multi physical field coupling module, the interaction relationship among the piezoelectric ceramic crystal stack number, the input voltage signal size, output amplitude of vibration displacement and the natural frequency of the crystal pile is analyzed. It is shown that the piezoelectric transducer design is rational and the characteristics analysis is correct.
