深圳柔性直流配电示范工程技术方案研究

摘    要:随着电力电子技术和现代配电系统的发展,柔性直流配电可用于解决城市电网日益突出的高可靠性供电和分布式电源并网供电的实际需求。为了对中压直流配电系统的建设提供技术参考,基于当前已有的直流配电系统分析、控制保护、关键设备研制等技术研究工作,提出了在深圳市宝龙工业城建设±10kV多端直流配电示范工程的技术方案,明确了该示范工程采用的电气主接线形式、主设备选型方案、过电压与绝缘配合要求、系统运行方式、控制保护方案等关键技术内容。

Abstract:With the development of power electronic technology and modern distribution system, the application requirement of VSC DC distribution is increasing. The DC distribution system can be used to solve the problem of high reliability power supply and distributed power grid connected to urban power grid. To bring a reference for guiding the construction of medium voltage DC power distribution system, based on DC power distribution system analysis, control protection, key equipment development and other technical research work, the technical scheme for the construction of the ±10 kV multi terminal DC distribution demonstration project in Shenzhen Baolong industrial district is put forward, and the electrical main connection types, main equipment selection scheme, overvoltage and insulation coordination requirements, system operation modes, control protection scheme and other key technical contents of the demonstration project are clearly presented.
