博弈论在城市公共设施设计与规划中的应用研究

城市公共设施的设计与规划在城市建设决策中越来越受到重视。城市公共设施的相关使用方，往往存在利益和偏好的不一致，具有明显的博弈特征。通过问卷分析与博弈均衡分析，表明公共设施设计功能目标实现的优劣，与相关方博弈均衡状态是否具有较高帕累托占优相关。因此，在规划和设计阶段，利用“前向展望，后向推理”的博弈逻辑，通过对相关使用方博弈行为的预测，以及博弈模型与公共设施属性关系的分析，可更好地实现城市公共设施设计优化。

Game Theoretical Applications in Designing and Planning of Urban Public Facilities

Designing and planning play important role in urban public facility development. The users of urban public facilities often have different interests and preferences which embodies game theoretical behaviors. Via questionnaire and game theoretical equilibrium analysis，we find that the functions level of a public facility depended on whether it has higher Pareto-dominant equilibrium in users’ games. During the phase of designing and planning，using the thinking of “looking forward and reasoning backward” to forecast game theoretical behavior and the relationship between game model and public facilities attributes，we could realize the optimization of urban public facilities designing and planning.
