基于D-S理论的多源信息融合冲突问题处理方法

D-S理论在不确定性的表示、量测和组合方面的优势,使得它在多源信息融合领域得到广泛应用。对于证据源本身的优先级别、可靠性及重要性,Dempster组合规则没有给予考虑,使其在证据推理过程中会产生与直觉相悖的结论。在多源信息融合处理中,针对基于D-S理论融合产生的冲突问题,进行了全面分析和总结,归纳为三个方面的问题:一般冲突问题、“一票否决”问题及“鲁棒性”问题;对其相应的解决方法进行分析,指出各自的优缺点。最后,指出解决冲突问题的方法存在的问题及未来研究方向。

Processing Methods on Conflict Problems of Multi-source Information Fusion Based on D-S Theory

D-S theory has evidently predominance in presentation,measurement and combination of uncertainty information,which make it extensively applied to multi-source information fusion.However,to priority,reliability and importance of evidence,Dempster combination rules do not take account of them,which brings invert-intuitionistic results during evidence reasoning,that is to say,conflict problems.Including general conflict problem,"a vote down" problem and "robustness" problem,the conflict problems of multi-source information processing based on D-S theory are analyzed in the paper.We indicate the advantages and disadvantages of methods solving the problems.Finally,problems of the methods and direction of further development are proposed.
