固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-凹凸棒土催化合成尼泊金十二酯的研究

摘    要:对羟基苯甲酸和正十二醇在固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-凹凸棒土催化下,以苯为溶剂,直接酯化合成尼泊金十二酯,其最佳的反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸与正十二醇摩尔比为1∶4,催化剂用量为4%,反应时间4h,产品收率达91.2%。该催化剂与单组分固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2相比,具有成本较低,与产物易分离,可重复使用,不污染环境等优点,是对环境友好并具有应用前景的绿色催化剂。

Abstract:The dodecyl ester of p-hydroxybenzoic acid was synthesized by a direct esterification from dodecyl alcohol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid with solid superacid SO42-/TiO2-attapulgite as catalyst in benzene with a yield of 91.2%.The optimum conditions for the reaction are as follow: p-hydroxybenzoic acid and dodecyl alcohol in the mole ratio of 1:4;the weight of catalyst 4%;the reaction time 4h.Comparied with unfixed solid superacid SO42-/TiO2,this complex catalyst is lower cost,easy to separate,and can be applied repeatedly.The catalyst is an environment-friendly green catalyst with great applied value in the future.
