新型耐蚀塑料模具钢的组织和性能

摘    要: 研究了w(C)=039%和w(C)=053%的2种Cr17Mo型耐蚀塑料模具钢的组织、力学性能及耐蚀性能。实验结果表明:2种钢材经适当的淬、回火处理后,均具有较高的硬度和强度;在弱酸和氧化性酸(醋酸和硝酸)中,均具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of two kinds of Cr17Mo plastic die steel with w(C)=039% and w(C)=053% carbon content were studied. Testing results show that the two kinds of steel would have high strength and hardness after proper quenching and tempering treatment, and have good corrosion resistance in weak acid and oxidizing acid (acetic acid and nitric acid).
