摘    要:介质分离筛是搅拌磨的主要结构,提高分离筛的筛分效果是提高搅拌磨产品效率的重要途径。老式的分离筛在结构上与磨机合为一体,静止不动,很难分离黏度较高的物料。设计了一种新型结构的分离筛,实现筛网和磨机脱离,达到筛网振动的效果,可有效地分离物料,提高了产品质量和生产效率。

Abstract:The screen of separating media is one of the main structures in the stirred mill.Improving the separation's effect of separating screen is an important way to improve the productiveness of the stirred mill.The old separating screen in structure is connected with the mill and immovable,so it is difficult to separate the higher viscous materials.The paper designs a new structure's separating screen and makes the screen diverged with the mill .This makes the screen be able to vibrate,furthermore separates the materials effectively,enhances the quality of the product and the productiveness.
